Paranoia at a Laundrette

Last week I was talking to the bf about where I can take my work on the round content project and he started telling me about a screenplay he had written inspired by a Bruce Robinson book “Paranoia in the Laundrette”; about a PhD student who becomes obsessed with the Victorian serial killers he is studying and believes they trying to kill him. The action takes place in his house and a laundrette. I think this film would work perfectly for the round content project. The different angles can show multiple things happening at once, adding to the protagonists paranoia.

I am still unsure as to whether I will be able to get hold of 7 cameras to film each angle at the same time but I am quite confident that I can do it with just one camera and a tripod. I have about 5 weeks to do this, and although quite a few people are interested no-one but the bf has committed, but right now I don’t think that’s a problem… I should be getting the book soon from amazon so will post up more details about the story soon.
